Special Economic Zones (SEZ) are the new growth engines of the economy.
They provide world-class infrastructure and hassle free environment. They are specifically delineated duty free enclaves and shall be deemed to be foreign territory for the purposes of trade operations and duties and tariffs.This workshop on SEZ will focus on the following Objectives
- To appraise the participants about the legal provisions and benefits available to SEZ developers and SEZ units
- To help the participants take a decision on locating their units in SEZ, EOU or DTA
