Search Engine Optimisation - Team Lead - (Mumbai)
Skills - We’re not asking for you to have any fancy qualifications or recommendations. All you need to have is:
- Strong in verbal, numerical and strategic reasoning: if you’re the type who’ll do well at GMAT or CAT, then run away from a boring MBA degree and start managing global brand marketing here from day 1.
- You have a passion for the internet and online marketing – you believe the traditional world of media has played its course and digital is the future.
- You’re keen to grow your career in Mumbai.
- You’re a quick learner – we do train you well – but we set you free real soon on your own brands – we assume you don’t need too much spoon-feeding.
Your task at hand:
- Ability to come up with required SEO strategies meeting Client requirements. Research and analytical background.
- Ownership and accountability of campaigns.
- Quality Assurance – Quality of deliverables by teams.
- Client Interactions – Interaction with clients whenever required with a sound knowledge of all technical issues related to search engines and SEO friendly websites.
- Project Management: Strong at project planning & strategy, keeping up to timely project schedules. Continuous process enhancements.
- Implementation of SEO program : on page, off page optimization, Site Audits, Keyword, Research, Head and Body Recommendations, Technical Recommendations and forum search and competitor analysis.
- Knowledge of tools, websites, blogs on SEO/SMO, sound knowledge of Google Webmaster guidelines and Google analytics tool, keyword research tool.
- To work with the communication partners in each team: Writer, Designer, SEM specialist, Analyst to create compelling and result-driving communication for clients.
- To be responsible for all social media communication that expresses the communication needs of the client.
- Team building and Training – sharing knowledge, training the new executives and other team members.
